I’m a Founding Engineer (AI Backend) at Solstice. My current work covers orchestration, evaluation, latency, controls, and human review.

Outside work, I turn engineering discussions and small experiments into articles for this site. I do not publish confidential employer or customer information.

Questions in progress

• How small can an agent system remain before complexity becomes necessary?
• Which evaluations predict real production behavior rather than benchmark comfort?
• How should inference systems balance fairness, throughput, and tail latency?
• Where should human review be a first-class architectural primitive?
